Homework: Homework is set weekly. This consists of one page of their mental maths workbook, to read some of their reading book, and to practice their given spelling words ready for a test the following Monday. Please make sure your child brings their mental maths workbook in on a Wednesday for marking. Homework is set on a Friday.

PE Kit: PE will be on Thursday – please ensure your child is wearing suitable footwear as we will endeavour to be outside where possible.

Class Dojo: Staff will regularly update the class dojo page with relevant class information and dates. Please make sure you check this regularly so you aware of current events.

Learning Resources: We do encourage independence in learning, therefore pupils can bring their own pencil case to school. If they do, this should include a blue pen, pencil, ruler, eraser and a sharpener. Pupils can bring their own school bag to school every day, so they can be responsible for their resources.

School Uniform: School uniform must be worn to school.

Punctuality: School starts at 8.50am. Please make sure your child arrives before this time! Being punctual to school in the morning is important: encourage your child to get their bag and uniform ready the night before.

Walking Home: If you are happy for your child to walk home at the end of the day, please send a message on ClassDojo confirming this. We cannot let any child walk home until we have had this message. If this has already been confirmed with myself, it doesn't need to be re-confirmed.
