Welcome to the Literacy Legends page!
What do the Literacy Legends do?
The Literacy Legends are responsible for ensuring that every child in Mayals can be the best they can be with their Literacy skills! They make sure that literacy lessons are fun and engaging as well as driving whole school projects such as 'Non-fiction November' and our annual Book Fayre.
Our Targets for this year:
1. Raise pupils awareness of different types of books and
writing genres
2. Raise money for new books for our school library
3. Promote reading for pleasure and enjoyment across the school
