At Mayals Primary we love to see our pupils dressed in school uniform.  We actively encourage the children to wear school uniform every day!

As shown in the images above, our uniform consists of a red sweatshirt and a white/red/navy polo shirt. We ask that children wear plain grey or black trousers/skirts/jogging bottoms and sensible footwear.   

Misplaced / lost items of clothing are a regular occurrence in schools - we ask parents to please try and ensure that all items of clothing are clearly marked or labelled with your child’s name.

For P.E, parents are asked to provide their children with shorts and t-shirt.  Coloured t-shirts can be purchased from school, the colour needed will be dependent upon the colour of the ‘house’ team your child will be put into.

For outdoor P.E. pupils would need sensible clothing and footwear to suit the weather.  For swimming, children will need appropriate swimwear.

Children are discouraged from wearing jewellery in school, particularly earrings which are considered dangerous in P.E. and Games lessons.

As mentioned above, uniform is available directly from our school office.  It can also be purchased at J&S Sports, Tycoch and Nash Sports, Sketty.
